  Don't bother. I booked my trip online. Nobody interested in commission /service anymore.
  
  Couldn't get anyone's attention after repeated attempts. When someone finally agreed to see me, I was told I'd have to come back in 2 weeks for my 'appointment '. Phones and email equally as frustrating.
  
  Never Again.

  I guess, I'm a regular client who has to fall back on online flight bookings as I struggle with the concept of booking an appointment with a travel agent. As if we wouldn't have to book so many other things in advance. It's certainly not the travel agent's fault rather than the managements. So there we go they just lost another regular client....shame. Just to point out that the agent at Bondi Junction was really nice to explain the predicament..

  Senior Travel Consultant BRIAN FORSTER is fantastic!!!
  I dropped into the Bondi Junction Flight Centre branch in the slim hope that one of the staff might help me reserve a couple of seats on an imminent flight (I needed them on the aisle) and though he was flat-chat with other bookings he squeezed me in and got them for me. I couldn’t be more grateful. Highly recommended.

  Went in to book some flights and accommodation. There were 3 or 4 people working and only one customer. Told me I needed an appointment. I would have been in and out in 5 mins. I knew exactly what I wanted to book. What a waste of time. Great business model to irritate potential customers and send business elsewhere.

  I wouldn’t book a holiday without engaging Daniel Carr - Dan is the absolute best - trustworthy and always there for us and willing to go out of his way - particularly in these hectic, demanding post pandemic travel times where everyone is traveling at once. More than ever we need Dan.
